Benoit
Founder
Benoit has consulted, developed and executed various projects for many global brands such as Benetton, Casino, Carrefour, Fnac and Auchan just to name a few. He has been an expert in distribution channels for 35 years in Asia, Europe and in the Middle East. He also holds board and advisory roles with several companies in both Asia and Europe, all in the business and service sectors.
Shenny
General Manager
Shenny held various management and executive positions in the sourcing and purchasing industries. She has more than 30 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, staff management in both Asia and Europe. She understands and respects the culture from both sides and strives in doing business in a more transparent, honest and best possible way.
Ken
Vice-General Manager
Ken has over 8 years of experience in the purchasing industries, including in the biggest French retail companies that export to Asia. He optimizes each process with his crew in the most efficient way and knows like no one how to manage various teams in their best interest. He implemented multiple tricks from his baseball team in his everyday work life to make sure we all work in harmony.
Cleo
Legal and Marketing Manager
Cleo joined the Belasia team in March 2017. She is a legal advisor specialized in EU IP law and speaks fluently 4 languages. She understands the culture in Europe and Asia as she lived in multiple countries in both parts of the world. She always makes sure all the proposals provided match our client needs completely. Outside of work, Cleo likes outdoor sports such as hiking, skiing and dragon boating.
Jackie
Purchase Manager
Since 2011, Jackie has been handling annual purchase plans while working with various famous retail companies, including the Dairy Farm Group, the Marine Harvest Group and Auchan International. She previously worked with the top key players from the market within the country and has brought to Belasia many important contacts from her previous experiences.
Momo
Account Manager
Momo developed precious skills from three of the top retailers in Taiwan and deepened her e-commerce qualifications in the past ten years. She has unparalleled abilities in finding tailored solutions for our clients all around the world. Momo is also very sensible and makes sure no one is left aside within our team. During her freetime, she likes to cook and shares the delicacies she makes with people she cares about.
Kate
Shipping and Customs Specialist
With around 17 years in air-freight customs brokerage and 14 years managing import shipping for major retailers, Kate brings calm expertise to complex cross-border movements. As a licensed customs specialist, she excels at precise documentation, dependable administrative workflows and creating a harmonious rhythm for teams. Thoughtful by nature, she is very lively with a humorous touch once you get to know her better. She prefers structured documentation over deep data-modelling. When she’s away from work, she unwinds with comics and dramas, and enjoys cooking and organising spaces. Kate values a stable environment and brings clarity, care and reliability to our colleagues and clients worldwide.

With many years of experience as a lead accountant, Mime combines precision with a reassuring presence. She leads her team with balance and care, ensuring accuracy in every account and smooth communication across departments.
